Parts Work Workshop: Un-Armouring Your Protector
a 2-part workshop on learning Parts Work to stop turning against your emotions and create a win-win relationship from within
we each have many different parts or aspects of the self co-existing in one mind/body. the protector is the part of you who's trying to keep you safe. it's trying to protect you in the best and only way it knows how: by shutting out "threat." the only issue with this is that it's definition of threat is anything that causes you to feel vulnerable. there are many jewels inside of vulnerability that are essential for self-awareness, growth, healing, expansion, deeper connection with self/others/universe that the protector may dissuade and lock you of experiencing, when the protector's in the driver's seat.
in this 2 part workshop you'll:
learn the basics of Parts Work and how to work on yourself when you're feeling activated
stop making an enemy of your pain
bridge the split between your protector and the pain behind the walls
unarmour your protector for deeper emotional connection with others
create inner democracy and harmony
