Remember that in moments where you feel lost, broken, alone, this is an invitation for you to come into deeper relationship with the deep feminine warrior archetype within. This archetype rises to meet you when you release control.

do you sometimes feel an undeniable sense of something happening deeper that what is seen… but it is ungraspable, unnameable in the normal day-to-day.

yet it’s there. you catch its majestic glint in an off moment vacant of thought, in dreamspace, in the rich sensory realm of feeling, in the connected presence of a kindred spirit (including your pet) sharing a mutual feeling…

but it’s all too brief, and you’re back to the gazillion things, go this way or that way, stop, no, should i?, i don’t know, nah, hmm, what if?  

even while living in the surface reality of business as usual, this deeper reality is always there. the felt sense of something amiss in the surface reality, is an indication of this deeper reality wanting you to really recognize and merge with it.

much of the surface reality as we know it runs on denial of this deeper reality. this is why we dissociate from feeling the true depth of our emotions, and stay in the hamster wheel of going going going without giving much thought to the deeper Why.

fear of this deeper realm of reality is why we try to go faster, live mostly in the mental realm, and disconnect from the wisdom of our emotional bodies. no matter how much we try, we can’t ever really run away from ourselves, especially this deeper realm of ourselves, because the universe which you are, is always spiraling towards wholeness and integration.

what would it feel like to be open to life, its depth and mystery?

to be a true warrior of the heart who chooses to open and be nourished by this deeper realm of reality? a divine creatrix, who alchemizes her fears by facing her storms and moves towards it? to meet her deepest fears knowing that she is here to experience the cycle of death and rebirth again and again. she is invincible. she is here, she is eternal. her body is a vessel of transmutation.

* undoing the last two thousand years of Patriarchy from the inside out

* healing the shame of ever having believed that who you are what you felt was not acceptable or not enough

* willing entry into the depth of her ’darkness’ only to come out the other side endowed with pearls of wisdom

* not just coping with Life, but becoming your own thriving Creatrix

* activating and strengthening your own latent natural power of intuition 

* becoming a master of your inner universe

* honoring your rage, your fear, your capacity to include and hold all parts of yourself

* recognizes the opportunity inside things that don’t go according to plan

* receives pain and discomfort as signs of you birthing a new expanded you
