as humanity spirals downward destroying mother earth, you HOLD THE KEY to a kinder world that cares for the well-being of all beings. this includes your self, especially the overlooked, invisible self who doesn't feel safe nor real enough to have the right to their feelings.
due to the fact that we grew up with so much ignorance and shame relative to emotions, our inner emotional terrain can be extremely confusing to navigate.
a common way we can try to make things better for ourselves, is to shut down emotional pain signals, making your bad-feeling emotions the bad guy. we look at our emotions as a nuisance, an inconvenience, a threat, something to fix, hide, or control.
